Please ensure all contact points are clean.

1. Please touch a water tab or something similar first for grounding reasons
2. Cut the SIM cards
First possibility (as shown on the pictures)
Stick the adhesive label (4) on the SIM card and cut along the visible line with a good pair of scissors. If everything is correct, the
SIM cards will fit tightly into the holder (1).
Second possibility (as shown on the pictures)
You can just place one of the "resume cards" (3) on your
SIM card and draw around the hole with a pencil. This way you are saving the adhesive label (4).Cut around the line with a pair of scissors afterwards.
3.(a) Slide open the x2 and you will see two
slots to hold the two cut SIMs.
3. (b) Put your cut
SIM cards face down into the holder (1)

If you have sticked the adhesive label (4) onto the
SIM card before, please take it off first.
Make sure that the cut SIM cards are small enough and that the contact parts are clean.
4. Close the holder (1), by fitting the cover (2) carefully on the holder (1)
5.Done!
Put the SIM holder in your mobile phone instead of your regular
SIM card and turn on the phone. One of the two SIM cards should be active. We suggest to use a PIN-number for each
SIM card in order to identify the card. But you do not have to use
PIN numbers. This also works if you do not use pin numbers.
You can still use the cut
SIM card the regular "single way" by putting it into the "resume card" (3) and fixing it with the adhesive label (4) or a piece of tape. The
SIM holder works with every phone. You should still be careful and not take it out for no reason. Every mobile phone puts a different amount of pressure on the holder and the contact parts should not be damaged or twisted.
6. Receiving calls on both lines
In order to receive calls on both numbers at the same time, you must program a call divert:
